Howdy all. In the next year or maby less i am pondering about moving. Chicago became an interest of mine not to long ago and i would love to go there. What are the living conditions? What areas are good and bad? Is it true the city has a ot of rich cultural type areas or is the whole place becoming overrun like NYC. i would love some opinions on living there. Thanks guys.

I've only visited Chicago a few times, and spent quite a bit of time north of the city in Gurnee, but I love the city.
