Chinese stuff is hit or miss since there is no real quality control over there. One set might be fine while another set is terrible. Alot of guys i know get the knockoff brembos in which some love them and others have them leak right out of the box.

There are also certain things I just dont cheap out on which is my drivetrain and braking system.

Yea the actual levers you can get the cheap chinese crg knockoffs which are perfectly fine. If you want a more modern master cylinder, look for a good condition CBR1000RR or R1 radial front master, bost modern sportbike masters are designed for 4 or 8 piston dual caliper setups which would be over kill for the CB360. A smaller front master like a motard or 13mm would be ideal for the CB360.

Stock master off a Ninja 250 would work great and you can find the after market billet levers anywhere for them.

I agree - I had a set of shorty levers on my ZX9 fighter and I've got a (long) set on my VL1500 with no problems. The Chinese CNC work on simple stuff is pretty good in most cases.....not too sure about more complicated things like M/C's though.
