CJ360 Fuel dripping from Exhaust Port on Startup

As the topic says, I see drops of fuel coming out of my exhaust at the port in the head on start up on the right hand cylinder. This is the same cylinder that sputters and runs intermittently. Fuel drips stopped once the bike got a little bit warmer. Decided to go for a ride anyway. About 10 mins later, power was way down, and I limped home on one cylinder. I tried taking a wrench to the header nuts to see if they are tight and the flange bottomed out on that side, while the left cylinder didn't move at all. This was late at night, so I had to wait until the next day to take off the exhaust.

When I got the chance, popped off the exhaust. Lo and behold, I do not have collars in either cylinder, those little half shells that transfer clamping pressure to the header pipe. Instead I discovered some sort of clamp that a previous owner bought at a hardware store. Looks like the bottom of a bicycle bell clamp. There was one in either cylinder.

So are these two issues related: having a leaking exhaust header and fuel dripping out of the port like that? New exhaust ring gaskets ordered, and I will be on the hunt for exhaust collars. I have already posted in BUYINGhttp://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=66764.0 so if you have the pieces I need, please PM.

Resurrecting. I made my own collars using a pair of exhaust reducers and an angle grinder and very happy with the results. I can post pics later if anyone is interested.

The massive over fueling is due to the needle jet coming loose and resting in the float bowl, my bad. Put that back together.

The Pamco ignition wasn't working due to a misread on one of the pictures and wiring the cylinders backwards. Once again my bad. Ran not too bad after that.

I went for a 15 minute ride and warmed her up. Idled terrible. Used my fancy carb balancing screwdriver wrench combo and manometer to check the balance which was WAY out.

Spent a couple hours setting ignition timing including opening out one of the pickups slightly with a dremel to tune it just right. Went for a long ride. Ran very well and idled at every stop. She runs!
