I'm working on a 76 Honda CJ360 cafe project. I'm having issues getting fuel to the carbs. I thought it was the petcock, so I removed it. There was a half gallon of gas in the tack and it wouldn't take come out the tube. I removed the gas cap and confirmed the tube wasn't clogged. The tank does have a liner in it (Redkoat, I think). The question is does the tube that goes into the tank have holes in it the liner could have clogged, or is there a minimum amount of gas that needs to be in the tank before it will flow?
