CL350 cam chain adjustment need help!

Okay I am preparing the old type 1 to run for the first time in about 28 years after a fresh rebuild, how do I know what tension my cam chain should be at. Also I need a reminder on the valve adjustment specs. What do the clearences need to be?

Exhaust: .003"

I know its been a while. I am sure you got this figured out by now. If not let me know I have the service manual (digital copy) and I can send you the cam chain tension part.
