CL350 from Iowa

I recently sold my '85 Toyota MR2 to make room for this little jem.

It's a 1973 CL350 as most of you would be able to figure out just by looking at it.

I have always wanted a motorcycle since I was a little lad, it's in my blood. My father had a CB350 when he was in Ghana teaching in the peace corp, and stories about that bike and the experiences he had with it really fueled the fire of wanting an early model Honda.

It needs a little bit of TLC, just a little bit, but quite a bit of modifying.

I am going for a cafe/tracker look. With the ability to ride two up if I'd/she'd like, yet still look right when riding solo.

I'll be working on it all winter and hope to have it complete by spring.

I too am in Sioux City. In the morningside area. Another member: SuddenlyCalm lives in the area too.

I dont really know anyone else in this town that likes these old bikes lol mines a slow process lol

I have seen a couple of bikes in the Greenville area, but wasn't able to identify what they were when I saw them. I hope to see more out in about when the riding season starts up again. My bike is also a work in progress that is going a bit slower than I had hoped, but I plan to get it close to done by spring.
