I want to put disk brakes on may 74 cl360 I have all the parts for the brakes and rim from a parts cb350 will this work with my forks on my bike?

Pretty sure it will bolt right up?
Honda designed the pivoting caliper mount to use torque arm mounting on drum brake forks

I would agree with Sonreir, when you compare the stock disk brake setup with the stock, dual leading edge drums brakes. In fact, I'd say the drums might even be better.

However, I put stainless braided brake lines on my 360, and it improved the disk brake tremendously. I can actually lock the wheel if I want to (don't want to, but there was no danger of that with the stock hoses and setup. In fact, the stock setup with the disk might even be called Honda's first attempt at anti-lock brakes.. ;D ).

The feel and application pressure really improved.

I bought the lines from Slingshot Cycles, they did a very nice job.

I know I'm splitting hairs here, but I prefer the rubber hose look to the braided lines. I wonder if you can get black metal braid?

Get black kevlar lines, they are better than rubber ;)
Lot of truck/auto supply places can make them

The braided lines at slingshotcycles.com come in black as well as natural and a bunch of other colors. I will sacrifice authenticity for safety anytime. The brakes work much better.
