CL360 Jet Question

Tried searching for this but couldn't find anything.

Anyways, ordered 68 mains and 112 secondarys from JETRUS, the mains have a couple extra threads. I was curious if the jet being a little taller then the stock mains was ok or not, wasn't sure if this would mess up the physics of the carb or something.

Thanks in advance!

In case anyone was wondering because I've read some conversations saying that secondarys were difficult too find, JETSRUS has secondaries labeled as mains on their website for some reason.

If there is any difference in performance of the jet itself, as far as I can imagine. it may just be a bit richer. cause it will be reaching further down into the fuel. kinda the same as if you adjusted the floats, from stock level by two mm. these are the same ones I use, only my machinist turns them down about 2mm and dresses the end to make em exactly the same as stock. Ive never tried them "as is"

So, if you would, please report back to me on your findings.
Are they the keihins or are they the aftermarket primaries?
If it seems to run exactly the same as it did with the stock 68s (rich) or worse? (richer)
what float height are they set up at?

I do not recommend you try this, (easy to get too lean & burn holes in pistons or crack valves) but, currently w stock filter and boxes installed I am running 52 primaries & 110 secondaries, D44Z-L needles, and still have a couple small rich spots at 2k & 4k, in the improved areas I am running approx 11.5 to 1. I am shooting for 13 to 1. However, if I go any leaner w it (50s) I lose control of my A/F adjusters. (If my digital oxygen sensor can be trusted)

If I drop to 107s on secondaries I am too lean upon accelerating WOT. 14 to 1 +. Even w my D44Z- RR needles.

right now, I am getting ready to test some experimental stuff PJ has made...should be in my hands friday. But, it will take me a few weeks to get things sorted out.

Also, I had a pair of those chinese pods. They were shit. I turned to Uni-filters and things improved, alot. K&Ns should arrive here tomorrow.

right now I am just concentrating on this weekend at the Spring Thaw.

Damn man, really wish I was as tuned with jetting as you are. I am just getting into it and its pretty cool you can find out those ratios, how might I ask? Jetting is really a science in itself there should be a word for it Jetology or something haha.
But these are the http://www.jetsrus.com/a_jets_by_carburetor_type/jets_keihin_99101-124_and_99101-ZF5_air.html
mains I just put in. The site has its labeling a little messed up. When you use their search option to get to the cb360, all they have for jets is 'mains' like 50-150. However those are actually secondaries, as I ordered my 112's from there. The new mains seemed to open up my first couple gears, a significantly noticeable difference. I was hoping to solve some lean issues in late third and fourth, however the 112s didn't seem to help much at all, still need to play around with float height, they currently are around 20 mm, I was extremely rich at 18.5
