Classic Bike Show Stafford - UK Oct.19/20

Had a request from Pat over at Pacomotors for info about the show, so thought I'd share.

Held at the Stafford Show Ground over 19th / 20th. October.

Christian Sarron is the guest of honour for the weekend. Usual mix of race bikes, classics, and specials. Club stands and 100's of trade and Autojumble pitches. DTT /UK next year ????????????

Situated off the M6 North of Birmingham - well signposted - but watch for traffic hold ups if you want to arrive early - especially if you go by car. Ditto leaving ......... you can wait up to an hour getting out of the car park if you leave it to the death.

For anyone who hasn't been before - take CASH and one of those fold up beer trolleys you get on the ferries - you'll be surprised at what you "just have to buy" there [ it's a long walk to the car park ]!

Me too, which day depends on my Doberman and who I can get to look after her !!

I HAVE to go, as I want to try out a Manx style [ 5 gall ] tank on my TR1 frame for clearance, so if you see someone hauling a TR1 frame around the autojumble - that'll be me !

Might be heading over on the Sunday, unless I realise that I'll end up spending 50 quid in fuel and admission to buy parts I can get off ebay
