Clicking near the spark plug...while the bike is running?
Most likely loose tappet clearance(s) on the right side. I would recommend going through the engine tune up procedure in the factory service manual. Adjust your cam chain tension, tappet clearances and then timing.
There will always be some 'clicking' in the valve train on these motorbikes. The tappets can be a bit noisy but a bit of clicking is normal. If its too quiet (too tight tappets) or too loud (too loose), then you can run into problems.
