Clip-ons

Has anyone used the ones that Fast from the Past sells? I believe they are Tarozzi. Is there a better option for adjustable clip-ons for a better price? High rise/Low-rise/offset? My 73 TX650 has 34mm Tubes....

i ordered from them.i have the clip on rise. just got them in last week. really well made. i dident not put them on yet. they adjust 4 different ways. and you can also setthe angle up and down.

i got the hi-rise.there 70 mm length. going to mount them under the top tripple trees. i dident have enough grab to mount on the top. if i lower my tripple trees any lower my tire hits my headers when i hit hard.

I have the low rise models. They're really a quality product. I got them because i wasn't sure of the riding position during my build and wanted to be able to have adjustment options. They’re awesome, but they’re a bit bulky and if you’re using stock sized gauges you may have issues fitting them.. below is how they sit on my 450, and this link is for the new ones I just bought for my new build.

looks really good. Where did you find those gauges. I've been looking but can't find any good looking ones in the right ratio. Are they back light with a led?

thnx boyz!

The gauges came from MikesXS. They're the right ratio for the cb450 and are backlit, but not led...the idiot lights are led...

Do most guys mount their clip-on's on the top side of the trees? I always assumed they went below the top tree. Haven't ordered any clipons yet, as I am not sure if my new cables are going to look way too long. Most look perfect with the clubmans right now.

mounting them on top of the trees lets you push the tubes up into the trees a bit... lets you lower the front about an inch to get an area to grab for the clip ons... i used to use that trick on rockets to lower the front a bit

Yeah, depends on your seating position and comfort level too I think.

Because of the way these particular ones are designed, with all the adjustment options, they can go either way. On my bike I was able to drop the front end quite a bit by raising the forks through the trees and with the clip-ons on top they did double duty by covering up the 30yr old pitting, and are still very comfortable on the wrists in that position.

i have the low rise tarozzi. great handles! i also put mine ontop of the trees. ill take pics in the daytime tomorrow
