CM400 running super rich after re-jetting

Hello, wondering if I could get some help. I re-jetted my cm400 down to see if I could get it running better, from 72 to 70 and from 118 to 110. When I started it up it was acting like I was giving it throttle and the exhaust was thick white smoke. Any Ideas?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

That doesn't sound like a jetting issue, check for vacuum leaks and hung throttle cables.

Spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid around the intakes and watch for idle changes

The only problem with checking for vacuum leaks with starter fluid is that it doesn't even idle. As soon as I start the bike it just revs up until I kill It.
