cm400t 18 in hawk wheel conversion?

Does anyone know if it is possible to run an 18 cb400 hawk wheel on a cm400. if so is there any modification needed?

other question i have is if it is possible to remove the hub of of a cm400 rear wheel and place it on a 18 in front wheel. any help will be great guys thanks!

It should drop right in no problem. I used a cb400t hawk rear wheel on my cb450sc, which is basically the same frame and swingarm as your cm400. You might get a better answer over on the honda twins forum.
