Complete, straight front end with new seals, dust caps, Progressive springs, EBC pads, powder coated upper/lower, lower forks black powder, hub black powder, new HVC brake cable, RD250 brake lever with pin port for brake switch. Tubes are mint with no blemishes, which new Frank's are $315 alone.
