Craigslist Bike Info needed

A Buddy of mine send me that Craigs add because he is interested in this Bike unfortunately he lives in Aruba and i'am in Miami so i was wondering if somebody around here has any info regarding this Bike here on Craigs http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/mcy/3115273648.html

I don't want to see him to get Scammed on it .

Tell him to check prices for similar bikes in the area. I would say $6300 is a little high, but I'm not from California either.......

Looks like a pretty clean little scoot. I'd plan on doing something different with the intake, but it might run great like that too.

I agree with Rich. The price is too high. It looks pretty decent as far as quality goes. I noticed he didn't say anything about mileage in the ad though...

It's hard to tell much from one small pic, but I'm not a fan. Exhausts need work and the filters! WTF is that all about. Motor wasn't rebuilt, so no idea how good (or bad) it is. Tires are to large for the stock skinny rims - see how the sidewalls bulge on the rear.

On the flip side, it is together and supposedly running. Don't know if it has a title or registration. Without both of those, it's a show piece that can't be ridden.

Price is way high especially for a bike that hasn't even had an extensive engine rebuild or upgrade.

I will have way more than that in my bike once it's done. But that is with a complete engin upgrade built by a race engine builder.

WOW! I just noticed that piping that has moved the air filters back in the frame like a freaky looking cold air intake.

Plus the tag mount is probably illegal in all 50 states.
