Crankcase Breathers

I have a 1981 Honda CB750c. I am removing the air box and putting pod air filters on it. I need to remove the breather hoses that ran to the air box and replace them with an alternative way of handling the breather function. I have seen little filters that go where the right hand hose is. I have not see a treatment on how to handle the breather hose replacement that is located just above the transmission cover on the left hand side of the bike. Please see the attached picture.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You could still put a breather on that as well, but be warned you will have a bit of oil mist or spray from any setup using just a breather. The stock setup draws in the positive crankcase gasses into the engine where they are burned. If you are OK just cleaning the mist and dust associated with that, then you are OK.

Ideally you would want to use a catch can with a vented top, which will help slow/control the crank pressures. Or you could figure a way to draw them back into the intake, but getting rid of the airbox is what you were after.

This wasn't your original question, but a word of caution, if you haven't already heard/read it. I believe your model has CV style carbs which can be VERY difficult to tune in when using pod filters. Search around and draw your own conclusions or plan of action, but they can be a bear to get right, if ever at all.
