Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.
Hey guys,
In addition to selling my Scrambler, I need to unload my nearly completed 74 RD350 project. Some life changes have come my way and require that I part with such a cool project.
The bike is located in Asheville, NC but I will be traveling north to Syracuse, NY around Christmas and can meet anyone along the I-81 corridor.

This project started as a basket case 74 RD250. I have since rebuilt the engine as a 350 with fresh cylinders, pistons, rings, etc. The bike is running and can be heard here:

Full build details can be found here: http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=61362.msg774743#msg774743
I have a clean and clear NC title for the bike

Here is what the bike has:
- 74 RD250 frame
- 74RD250 transmission with 350 clutch and primary gear
- Complete top and bottom end refresh - cylinders only have a rather mild port job. I have posted the cylinder specs in my build thread (link below)
- All aluminum engine parts have been cleaned up, polished, and clear coated
- Stainless engine hardware
- YZ125 reeds in stock blocks
- Stock Carbs - cleaned but will require some tuning
- All Speed Pipes (need repacking)
- 02 GSXR 750 forks mated to frame with All Balls steering bearings. Left fork leg has a leaky seal
- Gen 1 Excel Hubs/Rims for Supermoto. Front brake and rear sprocket/brake carriers are set up for WR450. These things are cool.
- 04 GSXR 600 rear shock
- 08-12 Ninja 250 Swing Arm and linkage
- Custom machined spacers, Rear sets build from R6 components
- KX450 front brake caliper and master cylinder - custom caliper mount complete. Just need brake hose made.
- All electrical wiring has been completed and used the stock wiring colors/configuration
- New battery, LED tail/turn lights
-Gas tank is clean and clear of rust

Extra Parts included with sale
- Stock rear seat hoop
- Stock Swingarm
- Extra Ninja 250 swingarm
- Brand new chain and sprockets
- All necessary parts to finish bike

What is needed to finish the bike:
- Weld chain roller mounts to frame - I have the mounts made
- Finish fiberglass seat pan (already molded)
- Finish gas tank
- Front brake hose (I have pressure switch banjo bolts to work the brake lamp)
- Repair fork seal
- Tune carbs

PM me for additional details or provide a phone number if you'd rather talk.
$2000 or reasonable offer

Jay
