I have access to a vinyl cutter, and could cut them for you if you provide the artwork. You'll have to carefully remove all the excess, and then apply them to a heavy duty paper/light cardboard type material so the backlight shows through. It's time consuming taking out the excess, but it applies pretty easily. Like they talk about on the website, a vector image will give the cleanest results, but they can be cut from a jpeg too.
