Custom Tank Badges - Does anyone here make them?

Are there any guys here on the board who can make custom tank emblems/badges? I've got a couple designs that I'd like to make from either some kind of acrylic/chrome composite or billet aluminum. The billet Al+ would be my first choice if the cost wasn't too high. I know there's outfits on the interwebularnet that I can try out but I thought I'd keep it in the clubhouse if someone was interested. Ideas?

Looking to have them machined?

I can get a hold of stainless vinyl and have anything made from it.

Highest quality machined material I can get within budget...fo'sho!
Vinyl/SS sounds interesting. I'll pm you.

I've printed some on my 3D printer, don't laugh! Once smoothed and painted they look pretty cool. I've not made a set yet for this bike but may. Probably just embed some rare earth magnets in the back and they "should" stick like glue but come right off. Can rebadge your bike at will. Again, not done on a bike yet, but have done it on my car.

Awhile back someone posted ones they sandcasted them selves they posted a few pics of the process ....lots of work ....get to it stuart....

Ever seen PCB etchant on brass?

Throw a quick Google search on that.

I read some jewelry books on using acrylic clay. There are different metal versions of the clay as well as colors. You mold this stuff like modeling clay then bake it in an oven and it gets hard. I wanted to make bike parts with this stuff and a tank badge would probably be the best use.
