I'm curious what you guys use on bikes that are custom. For example I went from a dual to a single carb which requires me to use a new throttle setup.
One of the more popular ones that seem to be used is something like the Turbo Throttle from Motion Pro (http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/partno/01-0057/).
My issue with these is the huge amount of space they take up and if someone was perhaps using a bike that used drum brakes it may work better but on a bike that uses a disc setup the reservoir can get in the way.
I should mention this is for a Mikuni VM32
