Cut down stock seat

try the search button. this is a very popular thing to do. its cheap, easy, and can transform the look of your bike.

To make your life a lot easier go to a thrift store and buy a $5 turkey slicer. They always have them. It works perfectly and will save you just tons of time. Then make some cold-cuts.

Thanks for all the feedback, I dont have any pics as of yet, the bike broke down when I got to work the other day and now I have to redo the foam on the seat pan, because it blew off when I hauled it home. :D

I cut my stock seat in half. I then pulled out most of the sponge to flatten it out after I felt the stock thickness looked wierd the way I had it. After pulling out most of the sponge I pulled the cover tight and rebolted to secure it down. I like the result.
