Daelim daystar for the summer

hey guys looks like the mz café isn't going to be finished for the summer so I bought a Daelim daystar 125 locally for couple of hundred quid. It'll get me on the road and should make a fun commuter once it passes its road test. Of course being an arse I immediately started thinking about doing a mild custom job on it. The paint is dog rough including the frame and engine, as is most of the chrome including the pipes. The good points are it runs sweet, ,is complete, has new tyres and battery, alloy wheels, and is pretty big for a 125. A lot of these Chinese cruiser inspired bikes look good in a photograph but are tiny in real life whereas this bike isn't much smaller than my dads moto guzzi California. I'm thinking of doing a quick paint job on the frame, engine, tank and fenders in gloss black to tidy her up and get on the road. While fabing some new bobbed fenders and straight bars. A new pipe and side mounted number plate, go for a mild bob. Or I have a nice old set of leather panniers that would look well on her and helped my dad make a quality set of stainless steel crash bars for his bike, so might do the same for the daelim, give her a tourer look. What do you think? Will get some actual photos of her when it stops raining but here are a few off the net. First one is same colour as mine, second with all the optional extras and third is what I want mine to look like (sort of)
