So, whats the torque on the two allen bolts on each fork leg? is it an M8 or M10 thread?

Don't know the official spec, but too much will shred the washer and cause it to leak (if it is a fiber washer instead of copper). 20 ft/lbs will be plenty, at least that is approximately what I use, though I don't bother with a torque wrench. If it has copper washers, you can re-use them but best to anneal them before replacing the bolt.
