DCC Mini speedo for '83 cb650

Just ordered the mini speedo & bracket from DCC for my 83 cb650. Going to try to simply install. Any idea of any extra things I may need to do for a smooth transition? Thanks in advance!

I'm still learning as I go but I feel like if you keep the wire colors right, and check the wiring diagram for your bike, then you should be able to figure it out. That's what I'm planning on doing for my bike. I'm sure there's much more on this forum on that, as well.

Stupid question, but, does that mean they don't function, or they are just for dummies (like me haha!)?

I just got both the 2.5" Speedometer and tachometer. Pretty pleased with them and an easy hookup. Only issue is the tachometer has an LED and the Speedometer does not. So the Tachometer is super bright and the speedometer very dim.

For dummies (like us) who forget the Highbeams or signal is still on, not sure if its in neutral or if you have bad life blood pressure lol
