So I'm about to get new bars, and I figure why not new controls while I'm at it.
So I think I'm gonna go with these retro ones at DCC, mostly because they are small and will look sleek while also getting the job done. I'm gonna put one on each side and have electric start, kill and headlight "off-low-high" on the right.....And then just blinkers and horn on the left. My question is, I dont have a kill switch on my cb175 now, so where do I put the wires to that button. Do I need to buy something else to rig it up or what?

Thanks guys!

I can't remember- what year did they all have kill switches? Look on www.oldmanhonda.com for a 73-ish CB's wiring diagram. Should be able to wire in the kill switch off of that.

Looks like its just wired back to the positive on the battery, so it probably just acts like you disconnected the battery somehow and that it kills the engine. Ill keep looking into it and see if that's right.

Does the positive lead go from the battery to the ignition switch, then to the kill switch, then to the coils?
