Determining which fork I have

I've searched around briefly trying to determine what fork I have on my 1981 cb750k. As you can see, the wheels are dual disc comstars, but with only one disc and caliper mounted on the right side (sitting on the bike). The left fork stanchion does not have caliper mounts. The single disc setups that I've seen appear to be on the left side (sitting on the bike). Perhaps the left fork stanchion was replaced with a non disc stanchion? I use the term "stanchion" as the lower portion of the fork as I come from the bicycle world. Please tell me what you think that I have going on in this situation. Thanks!

stock forks looks like
they are just on backwards simple matter of sliding them out of the triple clamps and
switching sides
in the mc world the lower is the SLIDER the inner is the stanchion
