Got my cb450 up to 90 tonight. Think I could've hit the ton but I ran out of road. Easily the most exhilarating experience of my life so far and am proud of myself for doing it, but even more proud that the old lady held together and shifted through like a champ. Raced a buddy on a sv650 and of course he killed me, but I held my own up to about 55. Sorry, just super pumped right now and had to post it. She is an amazing machine. My bike is a 40 year old cougar! Thought I would be super scared but I just concentrated and everything got very intense. Prolly old hat for you guys but I loved every minute of it, and again, am super proud of myself.

//End my nerd rage about how much I love my bike.

That's awesome! I've had nixon up to 85, but I still have a little more work to do before I go for the ton.

great run....just about ready to put mine on the street i still got some tuning to do on the new Mikunis but just cant wait to get out there....congratulations

i was out on my 750 'The Funknasty' (i name them weird, my GT185 is 'The Dirty Juice')

hotrodding with my bud on I-35, he was on his CrossBones (that is a slick bike i believe its a 1600) he said we were up to about 105 (i was too scared to take my eyes off the road to check my rpms :) ) this was on 99% stock 30 year old bike.

my butthole puckered a bit and the goosebumps....

anyone take a 750F to the listed 123mph max?

Don't know about 750fs but this is one of my favorite photos. Its my 49 year old 500Welake/Norton in the lights at El Mirage dry lake. 129.917mph (208kph if your bag is metric).
