Over the past 6 months I have been reassembling my motor and I just got it all back together tonight. As I was finishing up I noticed in my box these two things and I don't know if they came off of my engine somewhere or if they came in one of the boxes of random parts I have acquired. Anyone know what these are and where they go?

*second edit* Are they dowel pins? I can't find a good picture of dowel pins but it seems like there are several different sizes and styles on the bike. Originally I thought they were a jet of some type but I can't imagine where they would go.
