Assuming that fairing isn't component to the bike's frame (monocoque), I'd say it'd look 200% more badass without it. Though you'll lose aerodynamics at the top end, you'll also lose weight and gain acceleration at the bottom end.

I'd keep the fairings on that bike because they are pretty damn ugly without them.
