Drain bolt snapped off in front brake caliper

Heat and impact are your friends here. Use a torch to heat it up and if you can impact it with a hammer try but only if it's not going to make things worse. If there is anything left to grab use vice grips very carefully. If not, I know a lot of guys frown upon easy outs, but I haven't had a problem with them. You can give that a shot. OR you can drill out the bolt with a drill bit just smaller than the threaded hole, then peel out the remaining bit of the bolt.

I can't think of much else to try.. Oh use penetrating oil liberally.

you do know that the caliper you are playing with is not off your bike?

do you know if it fits the bike or the front end you will be using i am just asking before you put a bunch of time in it

and then find it does not suit your build 69 had drum brakes as you prob know

the wheel i see in the pics is a honda wheel but i dont know if you have the right fork tubes to out it on your bike?

Yes, I have an entire front end: Wheel, fork tubes, brake lines and a caliper from a later 250, probably a k5.
