I am located in California.
As far as resurfacing no, I don't have the machine, but I can get it done for you while I have the rotor if you desired.
Now as for glazing, sure I can work that, if it's really heavy I charge 5$ more though because il have to spend a good amount of time working the surface, if it's minor glaze il be happy to include it with the drilling at no charge.
I was able to get rid of alot of glazing on the last 3 rotors I just did at no charge.

so a quick update on shipping.
flat rate insured priority is about 13$
and since im actually pretty busy with rotors now, turn around time is still qucik, but i ask you to please give me like a week max to have your rotors back in the mail. I will more then likely still finish in about 3 days, but just in case i dont.

and remember, im offering different patterns not just the 3-2-3, though that is a pretty popular one.
also, i am now drilling the holes at a bigger size (i think it looks better) and i will soon start using cad drawings for the hole layout (im a draftsmen lol), so like i said before, everything is done right, no shortcuts.

here is a sneak peak of a swirled rotor. this is a right side rotor, i will post a pic of the finished pair later tonight or tomorrow.
pattern is cad drafted, and every other line is offset to provide better cooling and to keep the holes from lining up.
