Drive belt length for a -83 Kawasaki 400 ltd

Hello!

I had to buy a cheap Kawasaki kz400 ltd today :)
It has a broken belt and I know that the original belt i a damn expensive part. If you find one... But there must be a bunch of belts for other machines that has the same dimension.
I need the exact length, width and pitch.

The original belt has part.nr: 59011-1009 and has 129 t

I know I could convert it to chain drive but this is my first belt driven bike so it would be nice to keep it that way.

Hmm I may have found som answers myself:
Pitch 14mm
129 tooth
Width 40mm

14mm x 129 tooth = 1806mm length

But please reply if you sit on the answer...

Damn, I noticed today that the belt should be 34mm wide. That really makes things more difficult...

Ok so I may have found two possible belts.

For 128 dollar. Looks like this could be pretty good. A lot of specs and charts on their site.

For 65 dollar. Half the price but maybe to cheap.

I´m not sure if the teeths should be round or square. The two belts above seems to have round teeths.

Anyone have an idea if one of theese belt will fit my bike?

just get the belt made for the kawasaki, that one belt is only fiberglass reinforced, as far as i know you need a kevlar belt
it is a gates poly chain tooth profile which is the rounded one that you must use
don't skimp on this or you will be sorry

Yeah I guess the original belt is best. But I´m a tight-fisted person :) It would be nice to find a strong belt below 100$

Is stranding yourself somewhere really worth a cheap belt? I mean, you break down then you pay to be towed. Or you beg someone to pick you up. Then you are yet again in need of a new belt, and probably won't be buying that cheapo again. So then you'll have bought a cheapo and the good one, plus had to pay for some sort of tow.
