DTT vinyl Decals, and die-cut masking etc.....

I got a set form Louis too. If your in Canada expect 2 weeks minimum to get them. He posted them right after I paid, they got to border like 2 days later according to the post marks, then they sat in customs for like 9 days. Good old Canada customs, got to make sure we don't get anything speedy. Decals are great and I can't wait until the weather warms up enough to paint the bike and get them on.

Cheers.

Do you have silver checks? Got a carbon tank, seat, and fender and want the carbon to show through and have silver checks down the middle of the tank, seat, and fender. Also can these be covered with epoxy resin? Thanks.

I have silver(metalic). Though I would have to do it in like 2 3' lengths. Because I don't have enough linear footage to do it in one piece.

As far as the resin goes. I'm not real sure. I could send a scrap w/ the decals so you can do a test run...

Thanks for your interest, Louis

Hi..., I'm intrested in ordering a set of 2"x3" japanese suns, 4 Black DTT 4" and 2 Lucky 13's white 3.5" or 4". Let me know the total amount and payment method, zipcode 00969. Thank's and regards from PR.

Ok here are the Decals I got from Louis, ignore the windshield, it is for when I ride the bike to NH and it will come off as soon as I get there. It helps for long trips at Highway sppeds. Also the polish job on the motor has gone to sh$t and i have to re do it cause it got salt all over it in a rainy day in April. But the Decals are great!

Resin over the vinyl worked great. Used epoxy resin. Didn't try polyester. Probably wouldn't be coating carbon with polyester though. PM sent to ya. Got a couple questions

Now that's way cool! You don't see that everyday. So Sweeeeeeet!!!!!Did you brush the resin on?

No, you could though. I like it nice and thick so I can wet sand and buff to a glass like finish. I just pour it on nice and thick and let the excess drip off. Then I finish sand the edges and start wet sanding. Gotta make sure you spray the resin with acetone while it's curing to get rid of the air bubbles.

Can you do a silver or chrome? I want a set of the smaller 160 style tank emblems made up. I can shoot you a pic of what Im talking about.

What are the chances of being able to get a vinyl helmet wrap? Something that would be most universal for modern full face helmets, but allow for a retro look without painting.

I'm poking around trying to put together a list of Virago builds and stumbled upon this and thought everyone should see it.

That's a classic of Swaps. He said he stopped wearing it because folks always picked a fight with him. He had it up on FB for a while.
