With Barber right around the corner, I keep looking at my bikes wondering what needs to be done. One bike just had a different size tire put on and the fender just didn't fit the tire quite right. So I figured what the heck, I'll see what can be done.
So I took a fender, took some 5/16" fuel hose and taped it to the tire for the spacing, cut the fender brackets, marked the pieces to cut, tack welded, finish welded and grind down, then polish. I'm not the best welder but a damn good grinder. Here are some quick pics, final pic didn't upload, maybe later I'll retry.
