ENGINE HELP - NEED THE EXPERTS - CAPS LOCK MEANS I AM SERIOUS

So I just rebuilt the top end of my engine. Including new valves. Anyways I have been able to start the bike, but I can not get it to idle. It also won't start unless I am giving it about 3/4 throttle. Not sure if it would be a timing issue or carb adjustment issue. Bike was running before the rebuild. I have tried adjusting the timing which is how I got the bike to start in the first place. The spark plugs come out fouled, but it seems like my bike is running hot..... Just put in new oil as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Reverify your cam timing. It sounds like you could be a tooth (or more) off. After that has been confirmed, do your ignition timing and valve clearances, too.
