After searching around and not finding answers to my noise, i've decided to post a vid and ask for help. If I can figure out how to post a vid here.
This is my 1986 fz600 headache. The valves were adjusted as well as the cam chain and for the life of me, I can't figure this out.

It makes this noise (heard in the video) at idle and goes away when I twist the throttle...although i didn't give it any throttle in this vid. I was just trying to catch the noise.
I've had it out for a few runs and the only time the noise comes back is when i'm coming to a red light. I've stopped riding it now because i'm not sure if i'm doing damage by running it without knowing what is wrong.
Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting would be great.
