Exhaust for 1986 Suzuki 750 'popup' Katana

I sold my kat... BUT I kept it close, and now my buddy is looking for a replacement exhaust.

Doesn't need to be stock, just needs to fit...

He works at suzuki and he can't even get the part number to check similar models.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, I don't. There is a huge bike boneyard here in Kitchener. They have all kinds of exhausts from different bikes hanging in the rafters, but usually none of the stuff is tagged so you pretty much need to match it up with your old parts. I'm pretty sure the exhaust from a GS will fit that bike. An after market 4/1 for a GS would certainly fit.

That motor is closer to the early GSXR motors, rather then the GS motors. I'd explore options of using a GSXR exhaust setup from an early 750.

i have a stock set for 750 suzuki ....all the way through ...mufflers are pooched tho its a 4into 2 setup stock not great chrome on header pipes but not ruined .........jonespa@aci.on.ca paul
