exhaust mod question

So I've seen this exhaust on several projects around the internet and really want to do it on my bike ...... Is it a different set of pipes or is it stock pipes rearranged? Will I have to do some cutting? Here is a pic of what I've done with my stock pipes and the look I want to go for now

as far as the front pipe is concerned would converting to a forward control be necessary to accomadate the curve of the pipe? and from the looks of the bottom pic those pipes are a lot fatter than mine (no pun intended) would putting fatter pipes on my bike do anything negative?

they could be the same size.. the front pipe looks like it has a lot more heat wrap on it, probably so you dont burn your foot / leg.

you could leave the foot controls and just get a front pipe made that runs closer, like where the current rear pipe runs. it wouldnt be exactly the same but it would be pretty close.

first up id take the rear pipe off and see how the front pipe look as it is, it might look ok and you might only need to change the rear one.

I'd say the front pipe on the 2nd bike is the stock one (double walled) and the rear pipe is a single walled custom.

You should be able to run a rear pipe like that one without fouling your footpegs.

Looks to me like the front is a different pipe too; due to the angle differences. Maybe they used the stock pipe, just did a cut and re-weld job on it to fit it up.

It's a different bike (well, model at least).
