Hey guys,

Well, after searching and waiting for a long time for the right bike to come up, I finally splurged and bought a 1992 Yamaha XJ 600 Seca II.. !! She's only got 20,100 miles on it. She's a bit rough cosmetically, but I paid $500 for it and it has a clean title, AND it runs! I drove it home. Can't beat that!! :) Now my street bob has a playmate! haha..

So, I'm thinking of going street fighter with it. I don't think it would work to well if I went cafe racer with it, but I'm open to any suggestions/idea's!? I'm definitely doing this on a VERY limited budget, so not much will be bought for this thing.

Anyway, let me get some pics on here so you guys can see. Enjoy!

And just for kicks and giggles, here's a shot of my street bob next to my dads 05' VTX 1300.

Adrian like cap said your going to have to show the frame a bit more and we can get an idea of what you can do, you know you can street fighter it, but i think an old school cafe look wiht that tech would be DOPE... slap an old style CB tank on there and cafe seat.... completely change the look wiht some ears and round headlight... would be the best of both worlds still the trad cafe look but iwht all the tech that the Seca has to offer! could be dope as hell! THE RED HAS TO GO!

just from what I can see on the frame, slapping a CB750 tank and achieving the 'cafe' look would be a little more difficult.

the frame looks like its got something similar to most other modern sport bikes with twin top tubes that 'halo' around the top of the engine.

personally i'd make a street fighter out of it. looks like a fun little bike and the exhaust looks pretty cool tangled like that.
