Hello from southern Ontario.
Late in the summer I picked up a non running CJ360. It's the first motorcycle I've ever owned, mostly due to Ontario's insurance rates. I have lots of experience wrenching on bicycles and it seems lots of the skills cross over. When I bought it I was banking on the hope that I could get it running without replacing everything, and with much of the advice on DTT (thanks again) the only parts I had to throw at it were plugs. Although it needed a serious tune up. I'm surprised it ever ran with how far out the timing and tappets were! Speaking of, I have never timed anything before. What a nightmare.
