You should put the stock tool box back on if you have it but paint it white also. Then you would also have some tools to fix something on the road. I will never not have the stock tools on any old bike. Looks amazing.

thats good advice, any idea what all comes in the stock tool kit? i figure i can just throw a few sockets (8mm-14mm) in there and a screwdriver. and i should be good.

That should be fine. Shove a bunch of extra heavy duty zip ties in there also. Zip ties fix everything.

You can download an Owners Manual for a UK CB360 from here: http://system-car.blogspot.com/2011/03/pdf-manual-book-1973-honda-model-cb360.html
The tool kit contents are listed on page 31. I'm going to check to see if mine is still complete.

zip ties are a good tool to have and maybe a wad of duct tape. a spare spark plug or two is great advice also. i have heard of people bring an extra set of points with them too.

Yup, and put it all in ZipLoc baggies. A spare fuse or two is a great idea as well. Also, you should really have some sort of rear fender at the front of the rear tire. Your motor, seat, filters, and carb are going to take a beating from road grime and debris without it.

Bike looks good so far though man! Congrats.

100% hand built. even stitched the seat cover myself. i am pretty proud of the seat. it came out better than i was expecting for my first time.
here is the seat build
