Had my Ace a week today, and have done some mods so far. Really crappy performance out of the box, which might make them a bit hard to sell for dealers...At least they are an attractive beast. I have never owned a bike that creates so much attention before (I own 15 bikes currently) and am pretty rapt so far. :) Took it down our range and got 120km/h out of it which was amazing, and it could sit on 105/110. When I turned around 85 was the top- it had the power to maintain the speed but not get to it. :(

First thing I did was can the EGR. Quite a difference there, and sounds better without the sucking noise next to your left foot. Top speed on the flat was 90km/h which is great considering rated speed is 82km/h.

Next was a de-cat- unfortunately only the front because I couldn't get to the back one in the muffler- this made a bigger difference than the EGR.

This morning I changed the main jet from marked 90 to 92. Measuring with my jet drills approx. 0.81 to 0.88mm. I did try a 100 jet but this killed it. Maybe 95 is the go as OORacing sells? (I have a jet kit from my ZRX and these are the only sizes spare in it.)
Took it up the street and it got to 90km/h easily on a slight downhill. Not wise in a 60 zone so I did it ever so briefly.

Next is the big bore kit which I am waiting on. Another rejet might be needed. I'll probably just drill the 92 jet....

Overall pretty happy with the little beast coz it is so unusual. Fun with a capital F. :)

They are heaps of fun.

Not sure if you have seen this yet, a bit of a ready reckoner for jets and clears up the different numbering of the available jets and some guidance for tuning for newbies....
