Forget cafe racers. I think I'm gonna start a forum for this.

When I make my pan cakes I use a soup spoon to pour my batter on my pan.
+1
I make pancakes the size of the plate, not the coffee mug.

I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup. I'm on the hook to make a few dozen pancakes tomorrow morning for my daughter's gymnastics club pancake brunch. Will be breaking out the griddle and all my pans.

any one try making pancakes with cream of wheat in the batter?? its the only way i make em, then toss in a few blueberries as the batter hits the skillet. i know what i'm waking up early for tomorrow ;)

That there sounds pretty damn good.

AAAaaahhhhhhh pancakes, the perfect delivery system for butter and syrup. :D

Kelly makes them with blueberries or ground-up pecans in the batter. :p

Sometimes I eat mine with honey instead of maple surple, especially the pecan ones.

I always mix my pancakes up with white, whole wheat and all grain flower. Then when it comes to additives, Apple/ cinnamon, lemon/ almond extract, vanilla and good old regular.

Toppings are another story.

The lady and I made some delicious pancakes the other day...

Batter+Bacon+Bananas+Walnuts

=Profit and clogged arteries, but totally worth it.

Rocan, that video is great. "If you're going to spew bullshit so am I"

Dan,
One man's BS might be another's dearest held belief. That vid shows someone trying to make a difference by letting others know what she believes (though it is without tact or decroum). The other is a teenage kid being a jackass. Those are not the same. Just sayin'.

Back to pancakes, +1 on white and wheat flour mixed, butter on top, and chokecherry syrup soakin 'em down!
