Fork Brace Question

Brooklyn
Have been looking for some type of fork brace for a while for my 74' CL360. I know I probably should just get a smaller tire in the front but I really just do not want to ::) . There is pretty much zero fork clearance for any type of stock front fender / fork brace on the inner sides of the forks. So I was curious if anyone had any ideas, or know of anything a little cheaper along the lines of this:

Thanks in advance.

How about TKAT? They mount above stock fender where the fork seal covers go. He can make what ever you want. I've got them on my xs650 and xs850.

One would assume that you are not interested in handling at all. The fat tires, especially if not on the proper size rim, will never really handle well.

You probably know it, but I bet if you went back to stock size tires, and a factory brace (with or without a fender), you would actually notice the improvement.

Your bike is like a hot girl with an STD....Nice to look at, but not nice to ride.

If you really want good handling, go back to the right size tires.

Thanks for the replies, looking into that one Sonreir.

Well, I am looking for a fork brace so I guess one would assume I am a 'little' interested in handling. If I went back to choose a tire size, I would definitely go with a smaller one. I was still pretty new when I chose these tires, but now i know sometimes you should really choose performance over aesthetics. This thing has been only really used as a short scoot type of bike so far in the city, so I haven't really had to worry about any gnarly curves at 45 mph or anything. I haven't ridden a lot of different bikes but the only real difference I have felt is the turn radius and things like that, but I'm assuming thats just too my inexperience with different bikes with actual decent handling. I still have a spare 3.5 that was gonna go on my kawasaki maybe ill just throw that on the front of the kawasaki and put this 4.0 on the back of that and order a 3 for the front of this. But probably not 8).

Also been looking into GSXR steering dampers. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
