Fork circlips. Where to find?

What is the sorcery involved with obtaining circlips for forks? Can't find these darn things anywhere... tried Home Depot, Lowes, local hardware store... no joy.

Please see image below (just an example). Need a 46 mm diameter.

I prefer the wire style retainer, easier to remove and install. You're local Harley or other bike shop may have them.
