Fork swap - accidentally

So

I am rebuilding my CB125J and getting VERY close to the end until I noticed my old steering stem doesn't fit my new suspension set. Wrapping my head around how this would be possible (cold weather??) I finally decided to measure and saw that my new forks are considerably bigger than the old ones. Nonetheless, if I use the new steering stem with the old front wheel (from the cb125j) everything seems to fit fine...

Obviously, my axle bolt is too small though. It is now 20cm. I seem to be 2cm short. Obviously, the guy selling me the new forks didn't know they didn't fit the J. However, they seem to have more heigh to them and given the fact that I have raised the rear it would be nice to raise the front too a little bit.

My question is: Does anyone know whether these new forks could be from a k5? Or a CB125 B5? I just want to get a different axle bolt and just use the new forks anyway. However, I need to know what part to order....

Edit: The base of the fork seems to be more flat than the J and S, like this model: http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb125t-france_model16530/51420399730-case-rbottom_51420399003/#.WGKPuy994dU

Important edit 2: The brake caliper still fits ;)

Thank you!
