Fork Wipers for '74 CB450?

I am looking to ditch the ugly fork boots and go with fork wipers for dust shields as some call them. They obviously didn't come on my year bike, but I know some people use them, trouble is I don't know which years/model bike to source them from! Anyone know what would fit?

I bought a seal/wiper set from bay, but the dust wipers look wrong. I'm not sending them back since they came from Europe or something and I'd like to get them sooner than later. I have everything I need to rebuild my front forks except the wipers!

im going to bump this post because i defiantly have the same question.....mine is a '74 and i am getting rid of the fork boots and would like to just run the dust covers.....any one know what size has worked for them?

well....im fine with no direct link or anything but does anyone know what size forks those are then? its a 1974 cb450.....im assuming they are maybe 33mm or 35mm.....but i really dont know.....

I want to say 33mm, but it would be easier to measure them.

www.denniskirk.com had universal neoprene ones that wrap around with velcro. That's all I have.....

the CB500t uses the wipers i think you speak of both 35mm tubes and virtually identical lowers i havent' checked forsure but might send ya in the right direction
