Forks for a 1980 CB125

Mine are tweaked. I didn't notice until I finally got the thing running and rode it down the street. I've attempted to loosen the clamps on the triples and twist it back/tighten them down but they keep twisting back. The fender was kinda trashed so I cut it off and installed it hoping that the brace part would hold 'em straight, but no dice.

I know these 27mm shocks are kinda crappy, but I built this bike for my wife to learn to ride on, and will probably sell it once she gets the hang of it and moves up to my CB350... meaning that if possible I'd like to just replace the forks and not mess with trying to put a whole different front-end on it.

SO: does anyone know if there are any other forks that would be a direct swap?

You could play with bearings a and get a whole front end from a 350 or something to fit.

Willing to bet most of the front end issue you are having is due to the lack of a front fender.
Those bikes really need a fender as it acts as a brace for the forks. Very flexy without one

Like I said, I've reinstalled the fender after pulling the forks straight but they still go back to the incorrect position. Also, like I said, I'd like to only replace the forks - not upgrade the whole front end - so I'm looking to see which 27mm forks will be a direct swap. All of these are 27mm but I'm not sure if they are a direct-swap or not.

well $120 is not a piddly amount

you can find them much cheaper, just a bit of searching to be done... didn't see the insane shipping costs.
