Looks cool, Griff. Is it part of the idiot lights? If so, rad.

Thanks guys. I looked forever to find a white face one.. but the black face went well with the black/chrome light display it's on. The shape fit in nicely I thought. I just need to find a way to ding out that little ding on the speedo now..More I look at this pic the more it bugs me..lol.

I really like it as well. I think a white faced one would have been too much and taken away from the gauges, black is perfect here.

Yup,nice job.It fits in well.
Here are mine:

This ones on the Mighty SR. Its a Canadian Tire find.I painted it silver & glued it to the bottom of a pill bottle. There's velcro inside & on the post the bottle sits on so I can remove it when washing ( or raining).

This is the Duc's bit.I got a cheap wrist watch, gutted it,cut out the tach face, bonded the display to the back of it.There's a short umbilical I made & ran out of the housing so I can adjust the time/replace the battery.

Oh, im sorry, I didnt realize this was an "only positive re-enforcement forum"

In that case... damn thats a super cool thing to stick onto your bike!

There are more positive ways of providing criticism. For example Ringo could have said quit being an econo-sized Costco bulk buy douche bag and take your pathetic inferiority complex to a place where like minded a-holes prey on each other, but instead he took the slightly higher road. We are all entitled to an opinion, and sometimes the minority report can make you reconsider a questionable decision. The fact is your initial comment neither served you, the op, nor anyone else involved, except to support what must be a rather fragile ego. So take the criticism, or move your issues elsewhere.

Thanks,
-Daniel

"that's stupid" is on par with what a 7-year old considers an opinion. Act like a fucking adult and give the guy a suggestion or something. Better yet, follow through with what you promised, and fuck off.

I dig the clock, but that ding stuck out to me as well.

Crescent, dude, you've got a knack for quality posts.

ya know, my first thought was 'why ain't it white?', but the more I looked at it, the more I thought that fits really well. It's not in your face like a white one would be, and it shouldn't be either. Speedo and tach are what you need to see quickly. The clock is just sitting there waitin' for ya. And you can't beat analog display on a cafe.

Yeah, fix that ding fella. That would annoy the shit outta me too ;)

cheers

Thanks Indie, just call 'em as I see 'em.

As to the clock I really like the color, and the size. My only concern is if it is a mechanical clock, the vibrations might be too much for the gears. Might want to add some rubber grommets if you haven't already.

I like the clock, I want one for my bike for commuting. I hate having to check my watch at stoplights to know if I got more time to ride farther before I got to go back to the grind. A quick glance at teh clock and I know if I can ride some more.

Cheers

It looks good, but why do you need a clock on a bike? The last thing I want to know while I'm riding is the time. I can tell when it's time to stop when the bike hits reserve.

I'm with Maritime on this. I like to know how much hoon-time I have before I have to be somewhere else
