The part on the far right is a spring cap - the rollers are much larger than that (and are not hollow).
The part on the far left looks like the spring goes over the nib on the end, although I can't see that part anywhere on the parts diagram.
They are more than likely leftover pieces from a previous grenaded starter clutch - usually if these parts are left out of the starter clutch it won't work.
Probably a good idea to pull the starter clutch and check it just in case.
