Found these in oil pan; any idea where it came from? (cb350f)

I don't know if it's to anything significant and the penny is obviously for size comparison.

The motor only has 2,745 miles, although it looks like the previous owner had dropped it. The steering has a slight tweak in the steering.

Not sure if that drop had caused something to come loose/break.

They look like they are from the starter clutch - does the motor turn over with the electric start?

Yes it starts with electric start. Good find on the parts, thank you. I wonder what the smaller part is though.

Is there a side effect if I were to keep these out?

The one on the right is a roller for the starter clutch.
WHat worries me is the one on the left, that one I dont know.

The part on the far right is a spring cap - the rollers are much larger than that (and are not hollow).

The part on the far left looks like the spring goes over the nib on the end, although I can't see that part anywhere on the parts diagram.

They are more than likely leftover pieces from a previous grenaded starter clutch - usually if these parts are left out of the starter clutch it won't work.

Probably a good idea to pull the starter clutch and check it just in case.
